Andy Merrill (born November 27, 1966 in Newark, Ohio) is a voice actor. He is best known for his work as Brak on The Brak Show, a spin-off of a character he voiced on Space Ghost Coast to Coast. He also did the voice of Lokar, Potentate Of Thug Locusts, on Space Ghost. He has also done voices on Aqua Teen Hunger Force, namely that of Plutonian Oglethorpe. He is a graduate of Asbury College where he majored in media communications. He joined Cartoon Network within several months of its inception, coming over from sister company CNN. He worked in programming, and helped to get "Space Ghost Coast to Coast" started. He left Atlanta briefly, moving to New Jersey, returning a year later, and joining the Boomerang (TV channel) (an asset of the Turner Broadcasting System) in its programming department. He can currently be heard on Fridays (Cartoon Network), doing the voice and puppetry for Long Haul, a Dog Truck Driver.
