Bio: Bruce Penhall (b. August 17,1957 in Balboa, California, USA) is an American actor who starred on television and in film. He is well known for his role as Cadet/Officer Bruce Nelson in the final season of the NBC hit tv series CHiPs and in the role of Bruce Christian in the 1989 film Savage Beach and in five of the movie's sequels.
