Douglas Christopher Judge (born October 13, 1967 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor of African and Cherokee Indian descent. He attended the University of Oregon on a football scholarship, and was an all Pacific Ten conference player.

One of his first roles was in a 1990 episode of MacGyver. Judge is best known for playing Teal'c in Stargate: SG-1. He has also done voice acting for animated series and video games, including the voice of Magneto on X-Men: Evolution, the cancelled Stargate SG-1: The Alliance, as well as writing several episodes of Stargate SG-1, most of which deal with crises for Teal'c. In the season 8 episode, "Avatar", Teal'c informs SG-1 that he plays Def Jam Vendetta, alluding to the fact that Chris Judge was a voice actor in that game.

He is the only original Stargate SG-1 cast members who has yet to appear in the spin-off series Stargate Atlantis. He has also appeared in more episodes of Stargate SG-1 than any other character, having appeared in every episode of the series except for the Season 8 episode "Prometheus Unbound".

His best friend is his Stargate SG-1 co-star Michael Shanks, who plays Daniel Jackson.

He is engaged to model and actress Gianna Patton. They welcomed their first child, Chloe Jolie, on February 7, 2005.

He has four children: Christopher, Cameron, Catrina and Chloe.
