Dylan Neal (born October 8, 1969) is a Canadian actor best known as 'Doug Witter' on the American television drama Dawson's Creek, which ran from 1998 to 2003.

He was born in Richmond Hill, Ontario and attended Appleby College in Oakville, Ontario where his mother was also a teacher. He was also a regular on Hyperion Bay, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and The Bold and the Beautiful.
