Frank Bonner (born February 28, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas) is an actor and television director best known for playing sales manager Herb Tarlek on the classic TV sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati.

He reprised the character in the show's unsuccessful 1991 spinoff The New WKRP in Cincinnati, and in a 2004 rock video for Canadian indie rock band Rheostatics (for the song "The Tarleks", from their album 2067).

He has also directed episodes of many TV sitcoms, including Who's the Boss?, Head of the Class, Evening Shade and every episode of the NBC Saturday morning sitcom City Guys.
