Isla Lang Fisher (born on February 3 1976) is an Australian actress and author.

In 2002, she had a part in Scooby-Doo as Mary-Jane, Shaggy's love interest. A larger role in Wedding Crashers in 2005 won her the Breakthrough Performance Award at the MTV Movie Awards.

In 2006 Fisher starred as Becca, a Manhattan party host in the offbeat relationship drama London alongside Jessica Biel, Chris Evans and Jason Statham.

Fisher was born in Muscat, Oman to Scottish Presbyterian parents, and now resides in Los Angeles with her fiancé English comedian Sacha Baron Cohen. In her youth, she attended Wellington Point High School in Brisbane. As of November 2006, she has converted to Judaism in order to marry Cohen, who is Jewish. While promoting the film Wedding Crashers (co-starring Owen Wilson), she was officially crowned the 1000th guest on Australian talk show Rove Live on August 2 2005. She entered the set ahead of Wilson, thereby winning the title by a mere two meters.
