As an ordnance specialist in the Army, Zack was a well armed pro and now supplements his income with a few kills for hire. When he's assigned to hit a teenage girl who's the only eyewitness to a murder Zack decides to find out who is targeting the girl and uncovers a corrupt police department who wants the girl dead to save their own.
