Surprise, surprise -- and is Jeff Giles a pseudonym for Scott Weinberg?

diesel and walker probably realized that all of their movies suck, so they might as well make a sucky movie that everyone will see.

I'm guessing they're going to get into some sort of racing related problem and the only solution is to race away from it. Just a guess.

You heard right!

I saw the 1st two. They had a dumb charm I hated to embrace but what can one do. Same for Vin. I have no idea why I kind of like him. He isn't exactly the best actor. I never like the ladder aspects of 'True Hollywood Stories' is all. I like the rise, not the fall.

Well it's at least nice to see these two swallowing their pride and finally accepting that this franchise isn't below their credentials.

As for a fourth movie? Beh. The first was at best decent, the rest were junk.

I didn't see any of the Fast and the Furious movies and I think I'm a better person because of it. Paul Walker and Vin Diesel left the series when they thought they were going to become big stars. Now they aren't and they're coming back. Any big surprise?

I bet everybody would love this movie if Judd Apatow directed it. I swear, every news article that isn't referencing the select ten people that everybody unanimously likes is filled with the exact same negative responses.

Paul Walker has been in good movies [Fast and the Furious, Running Scared], and Vin Diesel has been in good movies [Fast and the Furious, Pitch Black, Boiler Room, Knockaround Guys]. Anybody that says they haven't is just being negative because it's the cool thing to do around here. They've also been in a lot of bad movies, but so what?

They're not being cast as college professors, they're being cast as two guys who like to drive cars fast, and they already showed they can pull it off. Anybody that says the first Fast and the Furious wasn't entertaining is either a] not the target audience, or b] letting the last two cloud their judgment.

This is certainly better news then a fourth one without them, so look on the positive side for once. Do I think it will win an Oscar? Obviously, no. However, it certainly has more potential to appeal to it's target audience then the last two in the series.

great. if the continuation of this series means more stupid, shallow people being inspired to kill themselves in high-speed accidents, then bring on Fasterer and Furiouser. of course, i hope they don't crash into innocent people's vehicles, i just hope these dopes trying to act cool and overcompensate for their own "inadequacies" by spending tons of money on their vehicles while simultaneously living out of their parents' basements drive head-first into a divider.

I don't understand why Paul Walker shows that he has talent (running scared) and then insists on doing **** flicks. Diesel has been replaced by Dewayne Johnson, so this is probably the only script he's recieved in the past 3 years...Hell, disney even passed on him for The Pacifier 2 (er...i mean "the gameplan")

They should make this some kind of gay lovestory about the two since they were three seconds away from blowin' each other in the first one. The ladies would go ape**** like they did for Brokeback Mountain, highest grossing film of all time right there. For most girls the mere mention of "Vin Diesel" and they have to change their undies... a slightly lower percentage even gets moist passing gas stations and seeing the price for diesel gas.

I'd be lying if I said the first film wasn't mildly entertaining, aside from some of the vehicles the best part is cheesin' on Paul Walker's performance. The second was garbage and I didn't bother with the third...probably pass on the fourth.

Dude earlier had it right, I'll bet the title will be like "4ast and 4urious" with like reversed fours or some ****. Tellin' ya though, if they want a record breaker they need to go with "Brokedown Mountaineer" or somethin' along those lines.

I actually thought Paul Walker was infinitely worse in "Into the Blue." I only watched it once, but I vividly recall being reminded, repeatedly, that Paul Walker is quite horrible at times.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU AIN'T GOT NO MONEY, BRO?!?"

"Naw, dude, check it, this dagger is like.. some old-school pirate ****, man. Like, there was a pirate named Billy, bro, and Billy was hardcore, y'dig, and Billy had a gold dagger and ****, and like, this is it, bro."

The first one was a good guy movie, the 2nd one had its moments, haven't seen third.

Besides, Worst series ever is way over the top.

Would you really rather watch the POKEMON series over Fast and the Furious?

Virtually every Disney direct to video sequel was bad - Air Bud, Beethoven, they even did terrible jobs on sequels to their classics. There are also a ton of direct to video movie series that are far worse.

Come on people, let's not go too extreme on the negative side and put decent to good movies like Fast and the Furious in the league of worst movies of all time.

For the people that said they have never been in a good movie:
Vin Diesel - Pitch Black was really good and Boiler Room is one of my all time personal favorites. He also voiced the Iron Giant which is considered excellent and even though he didn't have a huge role, he was in Saving Private Ryan.

Paul Walker - Running Scared was good, I also found Joy Ride entertaining, I believe he was also in Flags of our Fathers (if someone says Paul was never in a good movie then I guess Flags was bad too). Admittedly, not a great list of movies overall for him.

I personally loved the first three, cannot wait for this fourth!

Vin Diesel was an obvious returner after the ending but never did I think I'd get to see Paul Walker back on the Fast and the Furious wagon!

I love it!

I really cannot wait until it makes mountains of cash and the people who cannot except that other people might like this are in disbelief.
