I've always been a sucker for Animals Attack! movies, and this one manages to be a half-decent time-waster, if only in a 'rainy matinee' sort of way.

Overall, there's really nothing wrong with the directing, the writing, or even the acting...The only knock against Prey is that it's a very conventional thriller that's perfectly watchable, yet never particularly engaging
