Synopsis: Grace Santos (Rosie Perez) is the savvy producer of a highly successful television morning show called THE 24 HOUR WOMAN. As her husband's acting career takes off, Grace finds herself overwhelmed. Meanwhile, her new assistant, Madeline Labelle (Marianne Jean-Baptiste), and her husband, Roy (Wendell Pierce), have switched the traditional roles: She is the breadwinner, while he is the stay-at-home parent.
