Unable to find an investor, Claudio convinces his beautiful girlfriend Gloria to loan him $500,000, which he brings to the casino of mob boss Zamacona to bet on a soccer game. After showing the mobsters the briefcase full of money and placing his bet, he returns the money to Gloria, leaving him with an empty briefcase when the game is over.and his team loses. With Zamacona's gunmen ready to dispatch him, Claudio mumbles, "No more U2". This gets the attention of the mobster's son Tony, who literally worships the band.
