The original duo of anthropologist, marksman, and judo expert Cathy Gale (Honor Blackman) and undercover operative/man-about-town John Steed (Patrick Macnee) is on the case in seven complete episodes from the '63 season. Episodes include: "Second Sight" - Steed helps transport some camera equipment from Switzerland to London, but gets more than he bargained for when he discovers he's been duped into importing some stolen jewels. "The Medicine Men" - Cathy and Steed uncover a devious plot involving the manufacture of illegal drugs to help cure stomach pains. "The Grandeur That Was Rome" - An outbreak of disease all over Europe leads the fearless Avengers to Rome, where they encounter a megalomaniac drug overlord who fancies himself as a modern-day Caesar.
