Shelters are bursting at the seams with unwanted animals, and there is only a 50% chance that stray pets will find a loving home. Lofton's film follows two pets--Clover and Oreo--as they make their way through two shelters, but face euthanasia if a home isn't quickly found for them. Lofton is a former shelter-worker who decided to proactively tackle the problem she saw unfolding before her eyes, and handles the subject well in this emotional film.
