Reviews
...feels more like a parody of these movies than a natural extension of the world established in part one.
A hilariously campy and surprisingly diverting horror sequel that's always smartly aware of its own ridiculousness.
The perfect satirical horror. Brilliant observations about the genre, the media and the goth scene. Hilarious, and you actually care about the characters.
at least everyone involved seems to have approached the project with tongues firmly in cheek, and for that reason alone, the movie is a whole lot better than it has any right to be.
Chucky is back with a better than usual vehicle, thanks to upping the humor -- most of which works.
As with the first three films in the series, it is more a showcase for puppetry and animatronics than for acting or directing...
