Also I think I will rent Harold and Kumar 2 it was funny but not as good as the first, its features sound really cool. I think I will get Shine a Light someday... And DOOMSDAY for anyone who hasnt seen it is a rental, it is fun, but its a B movie... Is there anything coming out next week?

im picking up Harold and Kumar 2. i loved the first movie and u know the duo will be back for Harold and Kumar 3. for some reason, the "Dude, Change the Movie" feature reminds me of the "Change Their Fate" feature from Final Destination 3 DVD. maybe New Line should do stuff like that more often

i'd rather watch Ghost Rider followed by Gigli followed by a Waterworld prequel than see the sh3t that is Harold and Kumar. Barney was the ONLY thing funny about the first one, thats it. when your only funny guy is Neil Patrick Harris in a bit role...you need better stars. if you laugh at that sh3t...you need to go to the doc and get a brain scan, cuz you're missin' somethin'

Doomsday sounds pretty coo, hopefully it doesn't suck

"Dark City" is hands-down one of the my favorite movies of the 1990s.
This movie and "The Crow" make Alex Proyas one of my favorite Directors of that decade (I have forgiven him for "I Robot").
I cannot wait to get this new Director's Cut.
I was happy to read in Jen Yamato's breakdown that this version features improved sound.
The terrible sound production in the orginal DVD release was the greatest disappointment everytime I viewed it.
Or was the terrible sound native to the movie itself? I don't know I never saw it in theatres.

Harold and Kumar was a fun film, but definatly not as good as the first. It had a great "Goonies" reference that no young person will catch. If for no other reason, this movie is worth watching to see GWB smoking pot, and Neil Patrick Harris.

At keast their releasing The Real Ghostbusters and not that gaytastic politically-correct revival Ghostbusters Extreme. Egon in a wheelchair = epic failure.

I see on The Real Ghostbusters box it says "uncut". WTF? Does somebody rape Slimer or something?

There's only one way to find out, carver...:)

How many people actually remember that show? I'm curious...is it a super obscure hardcore nerd-only kind of title or one that lots of people in 2008 remember?

I remember The Real Ghostbusters; it was a lot better than the first animated series that came out after the movie.
Actually, both series were kind of lame.
Maybe the "uncut" scenes would be good...but I doubt it.

Just watched Director's Cut of Dark City and, oh my christ, what a difference the added footage makes. It has a whole new, darker feel to it. A masterpiece!
