In DECALOGUE VI ("Thou shalt not commit adultery"), a young postal worker becomes infatuated with his promiscuous neighbor after peeping on her escapades via telescope. Unlike the other films in the series, which was originally shot for Polish television, Kieslowski expanded these two works into the features A SHORT FILM ABOUT KILLING (DECALOGUE V) and A SHORT FILM ABOUT LOVE (DECALOGUE VI).
