Children could experience the magic of Christmas year round, and Santa wouldn't have to travel. Unfortunately, Santa's store becomes a tourist-crazy nuisance, and the issue turns political with the upcoming mayoral races. Candidate Elizabeth Gates (CHEERS' Shelley Long) wants to shut down Santa's store, but her 10-year old son is practically living there.
