However, the key difference between Excel and all those who preceded her is that Excel is completely and utterly insane and considers it her goal to to conquer the city of F. This gives the series a clear and ingenious jumping off point as it encounters Martian princesses, afro-wearing action heroes, mysterious governmental agencies, space butlers, deranged comic book authors, annoying roommates, and removable moustaches, among other things.
