Dormammu writes: on Jan 25 2005 02:44 PM 3rd Times a charm... Maybe Not! The second installment of the movies was a huge reach - the beginning with the logs falling off from the Semi causing the accidents, was way too impossible for my taste. I am sorry, but if anyone who lives in an area where there are saw mills, they know, as I, the log carrier part of the trailer has rails/supports. The main purpose behind these guides/rails is not only to hold the logs in place during the haul but they also give the Log Loaders some type of guide/support when loading the carriers. Having a Semi without these supports on the trailer is not only illegal but also impossible, but this thought of having this happen did give a certain person with vivid imagination a nice *cough* beginning to a movie that could in no way happen today. But I do give props for Part 2 for one thing, it did cure my insomnia. (It put me right to sleep) The plane exploding in part one was somewhat believable and possible, but the log falling off (where there should have been guides and no way would have fallen) this was a reach and weak. And now a carnival ride from Hell (I mean a rollercoast that kills) good lord, give me a break. (Reply to this) |
