The film tells us little or nothing about the model herself and that's its main defect.

Reviews
Fabienne Berthaud's low-budget squib tells us little we didn't know about the fashion industry, but does have Diane Kruger (Troy) as its luminous centre.
Diane Kruger hopes for a moment of ultra-low-budget indie cred as the title character, an emotionally fragile model whose catwalk days are numbered. The ferociously ugly digital photography shares her pain, while making the thing borderline unwatchable.
Euro-glam meets Euro-gloom in this fantastically vapid piece of nonsense shot on cheap'n'cheerless digital video.
Both the film and the character seem so superficial, it’s impossible to work up much sympathy for either.
The chauffeur love interest feels a little tagged-on, but this is still a worthwhile watch for those interested in the dark side of fashion.
