Sundance Blog: The Tomatoes Have Landed!

Our RT crew has been in Sundance for one full day, and we've packed in the goods: two interviews, four screenings, two big parties, a handful of celebs, and one Diddy. Read our blog!

We arrived yesterday, got our badges, and headed straight for the Opening Night festivities: watching the opening film (and, dare we say it, the first collective disappointment of the fest?) "Chicago 10." Then it was off to the Opening Night party!

We're shooting for one celeb sighting per day (hey, when you spend most of your time in press screenings, you don't get much more than, well, critics) and started things off by spotting designer Todd Oldham at the opening fest fete. Eh, we'll take it!

Friday was the real start of Sundance -- we watched "Away From Her," "Weapons," and "The Savages." Our ear to the ground hears that the latter, by director Tamara Jenkins, is the first flick of the fest to deliver.

Check out our Sundance blog (updated daily with pics!) here, and tune in every day to see what we see while in Park City!
