High school teacher Ralph Hinkley finds himself in possession of an amazing alien jumpsuit which gives him incredible superpowers; he uses it to fight evil and make right in the world. The problem, however, is that he has lost the manual that tells him how to properly operate the suit. But with the help of his girlfriend Pam and patriotic FBI agent Bill Maxwell, the only people who know his secret, Ralph travels the world defending the innocent--with comedic results.
