Naomi Watts Gets the Potter Role She Was After
Thus (kinda) explaining why she always says nice things about Britain....
Hey Potter fans, take a break from your book and listen up: We have a pretty new face to add to the movie versions!
Reliable sources indicate that the lovely Naomi Watts has signed on to play Narcissa Malfoy in the sixth HP flick, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Although the King Kong star is presently rather swollen with Liev Schreiber's baby, she won't be needed on the HP6 set until September.
Even casual Potter viewers will recognize the name Malfoy: Ms. Watts will be playing the mother to one rotten little wizard kid.
And hey, it looks like Joseph Fiennes has also joined the cast. Only makes sense considering his brother plays the big bad villain.
