Azlam Orlandu writes: on Jun 12 2005 08:25 AM [b]Howl's![/b] Saw it last Tuesday in the Japantown section of San Francisco. Somehow stumbled upon the preview screening tickets and loved it as well. I was surprised when the logo for Miyazaki's production studio came on the screen and everyone clapped. Being an animation student I realized the fact that his work had gained more critical acclaim in recent years, but I had no idea how strong a fanbase there was for his work. Needless to say I loved the film. Howl is like the son of The Goblin King from Labyrinth or something. - Az (Reply to this) |
