This time, Dorothy isn't off to see the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, but her friend, the Scarecrow, who now rules the Emerald City. However, she comes face to face with Mombi, the wicked cousin of the Wicked Witch of the West. Through her sorcery, Mombi plans to get rid of the Scarecrow and become Queen of the Emerald City. So Dorothy, along with the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodsman, the Cowardly Lion and Glinda the Good Witch, attempts to defeat the evil sorceress.
