A solid, well presented history of the band's brief career, Joy Division has appeal for music buffs but could get mileage in theaters from a smart coordination with the feature film's release.

Emotionally deeper than Corbijn's pic, [Control] in its portrayal, using fine one-on-one interviews to reveal the terrible regrets and guilt that wracked everyone in and near the band about [leadsinger Ian] Curtis.
