It tells the story of Gus (Jordan Christopher Michael), a ten-year-old boy who becomes obessed with a promotional card game in which players must collect cards at gas stations along the freeway. To fuel his obession, he runs away from home and hits the road in his father's Ford Mustang convertible, only to encounter a bizarre cast of characters (played by the likes of Drew Barrymore, Meat Loaf Aday, Garrett Morris, Susan Tyrell, Jack Nance, Flea, and Dick Miller, among others) along the way.
