With a maverick style that produced surprisingly good results, Stone was often the bane of the courtroom's staff--while being a firm favorite of the various miscreants who passed before him. The rest of his staff added to the laughs, varying from baldheaded bailiff "Bull" (Richard Moll) to sleazy D.A. Dan Fielding (John Larroquette); a host of other oddball characters were soon folded into the show's second season, including by-the-book court clerk, Mac (Charlie Robinson), and tough-talking defense attorney, Billie Young (Ellen Foley). This collection presents the first two seasons of the show, featuring guest stars Michael Richards (SEINFELD), Lou Ferrigno (THE INCREDIBLE HULK), and Markie Post as delectable defender Christine Sullivan, who would later join the cast.
