Reviews for Nosferatu: The Vampyre
Nosferatu has aged remarkably well, gaining presence and stature in a way only rivaled by Murnau's version.
Fans of European cinema as well as vampire films should definitely have a look at this masterpiece, as should any adventurous filmgoer.
Maybe not quite so loathsome as Murnau’s original monster, Kinski is suitably creepy and, better yet, invests his portrayal with more sympathy.
