Lots of loser directors name classics as their favorite films. Why? Because these are classics for a reason. Any idiot can enjoy them. Knowing how to /make/ them, however, learning techniques /from/ them is a different thing entirely.

I've seen a couple of Boll's movie, and on a range of Bad to Terrible, they are under atrocious. I'm surprised these are his favorites, why doesn't he just copy those movies, at least he would be called a rip off instead of a horrible director. You would think he was inspired to make movies after Howard the Duck, Waterworld, The Postman, and The Adventures of Pluto Nash (movies that cost way too much to make, and are very bad).

To quote the great Peter O'Toole as Pope Paul III on Showtime's magnificent "The Tudors": why doesn't someone JUST get rid of him?

Those "lots of people" need to watch more movies. Uwe Boll is nowhere near the worst director of all time. I think those who label him thus are revealing their own ignorance.

(For the record, I was looking forward to seeing "Postal" tomorrow.)

Oh you were planning on seeing Postal, were you also planning on guzzling down 20 gallons of gasoline afterwards to get the taste of Boll out.
