jokerboy1991 writes: on Aug 25 2008 05:59 PM I will definitely pick up Entourage this week, I might get HEROES season 2 even though it wasn't very good and kind of sucks compared to the first season (a total rip-off of WATCHMEN). I am getting Red belt tomorrow in the mail from Netflix. Maybe I will rent Son of Rambow. Also I love A Nightmare Before Christmas and I have never bought it before, so maybe I will finally pick that up on Blu-Ray. Why no DVD news?!?!?- Could have talked about the CASABLANCA Blu ray box set coming out, or the HB II 3 disc set or the Incredible Hulk 3 disc set coming out, even though the Incredible Hulk wasnt that good. duckmanx88 writes: on Aug 27 2008 06:50 AM who would want that travesty Heroes Season 2? awful season. ended abruptly and with no climax. just a catch. =\ this season looks promising. but i just hope it doesn't go the way of something like LOST and gets too crazy to watch. (Reply to this) |
|
Jen Yamato writes: on Aug 27 2008 09:42 AM Duckman, I think that's the point of watching Heroes S2 on DVD - you can get a sense of what was originally planned before they had to end the season abruptly. (Reply to this) |

Ronald Raygun writes: on Aug 27 2008 10:34 AM If you have to fight people to make them like your movies, then you're probably not very good at making movies. (Reply to this) |

Masticatinsk8r13 writes: on Aug 27 2008 11:50 AM i think you guys are too harsh on Heroes Season 2. I'll agree it wasn't as good as Season 1, but i think it was just to set up Season 3 which looks AMAZING. I can't wait to see the Villains, and if Claire becomes one. I think people tend to over look the idea of set-up movies/seasons, like Back to the Future 2 setting up the third movie, or Pirates 2 setting up the conclusion. They're intended to be just good enough to keep you watching, but be more story/question answering based. The only exception to this might be The Godfather 2 which is just non-peerable.
