Ben Keats (Gil Bellos, ALLY MCBEAL) is happy as an executive at Viztrax, and continuously refuses Vincent's efforts to lure him to a rival firm. Palmer steps up his efforts, expanding his repertoire of tactics to include badgering, violence, and terror.
