dracus writes: on Sep 15 2006 06:28 PM During a time of such cookie cutter cartoons shows like The Flinstones, Yogi Bear and The Jetsons, along came Jay Ward in the early 60's with Mr. Peabody and Sherman and Rocky and Bullwinkle and proved that cartoons didn't have to be lame and could be cool enough to be seen in college dorms and funny enough for Mad Magazine fans.
