Although the characters are mostly attractive, and some funny things happen between them, most of the movie is given over to scenes of one character complaining to a second character about a third who is not present.

Reviews for She's the One
Lively romantic comedy with its incisive depiction of sibling rivalry and sexual politics.
She's the One isn't slick, smooth or particularly good, and it offers only a perfunctory exploration of the human heart.
Edward Burns returns to the themes of family and love that he examined in The Brothers McMullen.
With two nasty characters for every one appealing character, it’s hard to cheer for these folks.
A generally unenjoyable romp through the lives of a family of morally misguided, dysfunctional New Yorkers and the people they hurt.
the characters are generally unlikable, and only toward the end of the film do they begin to show any kind of depth.
This time, it seems as if the material is a little ahead of Burns, rather than the other way around.
Despite its strong similarities to Burns's first film, She's the One reveals that Burns has obviously done some growing since then.
There's a sweetness to much of the proceedings, quite a few funny gags and a couple of excellent performances to drive the film along.
The emotional development of the boys is framed and instigated by revelations embodied by the girls.
