With his young protege, the charmingly streetwise Steve (NICK MORAN - Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, The Musketeer) alongside the sharp and sexy Jenny (KATE ASHFIELD - Shaun of the Dead, The War Zone) and the 'bloody hopeless' Goat (DOMINIC MONAGHAN - The Lord of the Rings trilogy), he runs a formidable team of quick-witted and successful con artists. Keeping the team on track and making sure Steve is focused on the play (not on Jenny's foxy good looks) is the only trouble for Jack - until a simple heist goes wrong and they are lumbered with a truck full of illegal immigrants destined for the sex trade. While most of the illegals scarper, two of them, a scruffy 11-year-old girl and her frightened younger brother, are left in Jack's charge. But then a furious smuggler sets out on a bloody vendetta, determined to wreak revenge for the loss of his precious cargo. -- Official Site [More]

It becomes quite grim and, although by no means perfect, uses the genre expectations to con the audience as well.

Interpretado com simpatia por Ken Stoutt, Jack é um protagonista envolvente, mas o filme à sua volta jamais se decide pelo drama, pela comédia ou pelo thriller, prejudicando-se ainda mais com um final pouco convincente.
