I still have hopes for this movie, I'm not convinced Mcginty with totally screw it up, let's remember, his measuring stick is Rise of the Machines. I only have hope because of Christian Bale, I'm convinced that he can save the franchise if they let him do his thing. I don't know Worthington, but he looks like he could be a T1 or something. I sure a hell don't know about this dork *** they have playing Reece though. I think they'd best just CGI Michael Beighn circa 84 back in it somewhere.

The latest Rambo has an actor in it, who plays one of the mercenaries, that looks a lot like a young Michael Biehn. He is in his 30s, but he could play younger looking, and he certainly looks more like the future hero Reese than Mr. Yelsin does. Enough with the scrawny, awkward men trying to be tough guys already. The name of the actor is Matthew Marsden, he may be related to the guy who plays Cyclops in the X-Men movies.

There is such mixed info coming out of this movie, Christian Bale is in it (Yeah!), but Arnold's not (boo), McG is directing (Boo!), but Paul Haggis is working on the script (yeah!). Sam Worthington will be an earlier version Terminator (eh), but some young, scrawny Anton Yelchin is going to be Reese (hmmmm). I don't know, it could go either way on this.

Give Christian Bale a try, maybe he can be of some help. As i recall, the storyline does not revolve around Connor, it led to someone else. Honestly, i have absolutely no hope for this forth segment. Just preserve the first 2 or convince Cameron to do it again...I will always miss arnold and cameron

bale is the only thing i see positive about this nowadays. this is probably make it or break it time for my boy Bale. if this fails miserabley...Batman 3 might be his last big role in a blockbuster. for some reason he isn't respected enough.

If I didn't know who was directing this movie, I'd actually feel enthusiastic about it. Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle was just so.....bad. I honestly don't remember ever laughing that hard AT a movies expense as I did for that one.

A great ending would be terminator going off camera and then bringing back McG's hollow head. . .

I would be enthusiastic and expect McG to surpass all his expectations or lack there of. The first 2 Terminator films were almost the same film sequence by sequence, from the two intros of protector and hunter, down to the final button that finally destroys Arnold's T100, it has to be machine destroying machine. The 3rd film and Mostow couldn't follow that basic formula which is mind-blowing to me, that someone who is a film director of some note in HW can be that bad. This film does not need to follow that formula because its the story of what we always wanted, the full low down on what went on in those little clips of future, they were awesome. McG must be a fan of T1 n T2 because he's giving all those fan pleasers, Reese and John meet, the war, the whole deal. Reboots are always made best by big fans of the films and then themselves became film directors, McG looks sounds like an old time fan of Terminator so I am giving him my attention with high hopes for the time being,.. lets see the trailer, or some pics, then we'll re-assess the sit.

The amount of negative crap makes me sick. LOL! This is a trilogy that has NOTHING to do with Arnold.

I say go for it. Make it fresh. Make it your own. If it's good, amazing. If it's bad, then I always have room to lean on T1 & especially T2 which is the greatest action movie ever created.

Its the lead jerk off currently in charlie barlett, that limp dick attempt at comedy.

They have a better chance of reserecting heath ledger than making that lump of **** known as an action movie good. Dannial day-lewis could play reese and it would still suck.
