America has voted and all the winners have all been revealed for the 2009 MTV Movie Awards at the star-studded ceremony. Teen sensation flicks like High School Musical 3: Senior Year and Hannah Montana: The Movie hogged most of the statues, while vampy epic Twilight took home the Best Movie award, in a stunning upset that is sure to drastically alter box office and historical preservation prospects for The Dark Knight.

Why are you idiot fanboys complaining about Twilight winning? Seriously, MTV's main demographic overlaps perfectly with Twilight's demographic teenage girls ages 12-18, no surprises here at all. Like Slumdog Millionaire or The Dark Knight really need to win MTV Movie Awards to gain mainstream and critical acclaim and acceptance, if anything that would diminish it. Grow up and stop crying and go watch The Dark Knight for the 100th time already.
