On the air from 1985 to 1989, the series further explores the bizarre occurrences that could only be explained by what Serling liked to call the "5th dimension." This release covers the whole first season, made up of 24 episodes. Spooky stories come alive with direction from some of the biggest names in horror filmmaking: Wes Craven (director, SCREAM), William Friedan (director, THE EXORSIST), and Tommy Lee Wallace (Stephen King's IT). The season also features episodes written by stars of the science fiction and horror genres, including Stephen King, Harlan Ellison, and Ray Bradbury. Also featured are star performances by Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, Piper Laurie (CARRIE), Helen Mirren, Giovanni Ribisi, And Martin Landou. [More]
