Take Your First Peek at "Curious George"!
by Scott Weinberg | October 04, 2005
Discuss Article
Thanks to ComingSoon.net for pointing us towards a pair of USA Today articles (here and here) that deliver the very first looks at next February's "classically animated" feature from Universal: It's "Curious George!"

Also comes word that the first trailer for "Curious George" will play ahead of this weekend's family-friendly "Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit."

Based on the beloved series of stories by H.A. Rey, "Curious George" is about a mischievous monkey and his adoring owner who wears a yellow hat.

Voice actors on the scene include Will Ferrell, Drew Barrymore, Joan Plowright, Dick Van Dyke, Eugene Levy, and David Cross, and you'll be able to hear their work come February 10th.

Who cares?
I don't know why anyone would care about this. "It's got Will Farrel's voice - it's gonna be awesome!" Why the heck would anyone try to adapt this? Pumping money out of kids and stupid parents is the only answer coming to mind.
