Bad Education Still NC-17
by RT Staff | November 24, 2004
Blog Article | Discuss Article
The Hollywood Reporter reports that Pedro Almodovar's "Bad Education" has lost its appeal with the MPAA Classification and Ratings Appeal Board, so the film's NC-17 rating, for "a scene of explicit sexual content," stands. "Bad Education" is Almodovar's latest about two boyhood friends who endure sexual abuse from a priest while attending a religious school. They reconnect later in life. "Bad Education" is currently playing in select cities. Almodovar is the director of "All About My Mother" and "Talk to Her."
