Norton Takes Magical Role in "The Illusionist"
Edward Norton will play the lead in "The Illusionist," to be directed by Neil Burger, Variety reports. Norton will play a magician in early 1900s Vienna who tries to use his powers to win the love of a woman above his social standing. Norton will also be working on an indie film, "Down in the Valley," with Evan Rachel Wood.

Nearly every actor hits a point in time where they do a film set 'back in the day', but Good ol' Eddy here has been so good in all of his more contemporary work, i just hope he doesn't ruin it like Reese Witherspoon did in Vanity Fair (not that Legally Blonde already didn't ruin her career, but you see what im saying?)
