The Hollywood Reporter brings us a small bit of casting news regarding the upcoming "Mission Impossible" sequel. Director J.J. Abrams ("Alias") has signed Jonathan Rhys-Myers ("Velvet Goldmine") and Michelle Monaghan ("The Bourne Supremacy") to appear alongside series veterans Tom Cruise ("Magnolia") and Ving Rhames ("Pulp Fiction"). No confirmation yet on whether or not Lindsay Lohan ("Mean Girls") snagged the role she was cooing about, but if course we'll be happy to keep you updated on all things "Mission Impossible 3."

It bugs me that even tho the 1st was average at best, and the second sucked like a toothless weasel, we still have to be subjected to a 3rd! This law saying all flicks have to have a sequel needs to be changed...

It's an amazing thing when you can turn shit to shine....but it's been done before, let's just hope it's done again.

Why god, Why?????

I do have to admit, however, that MI2 was one of the (unintentionally) funniest movies of that year.
