Trailer Bulletin: Venom
Previously known as "The Reaper," the Dimension Films release "Venom" squeezes itself into theaters during the crowded weekend of September 16th, and you can now check out the all-new trailer right here.
Starring Agnes Bruckner, Method Man, Bijou Phillips, and Jonathan Jackson, the flick seems like a fairly standard affair: "Set in the Louisiana Bayou, Mr Jangles is a man possessed by 13 evil souls killed by a voodoo priestess. Mr. Jangles becomes evil and collects keys as trophies from his victims." One wonders if a horror film set in the swamps of Louisiana is such a good idea right now, but Dimension wants to get the flick into theaters before their divorce from Disney, which explains why the horror flick is opening on the same day as "Cry Wolf."

on Sep 14 2005 05:12 PM Oh, that's VERY original, Dimension. Yeah, sarcasm there. Anyway, I'm dead tired of Dimension at this point and their dishing out horrible movies act. It's getting old, Hollywood, now let the moronic horror-remake phase go, and old le cinema will be a little more popular again. (Reply to this) |
