Aronofsky's "Fountain" Gets a Pretty Slick Poster
It was recently announced that Darren Aronofsky's hotly-anticipated "The Fountain," which stars Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz, would be the closing film at Austin's late-September Fantastic Fest. And now JoBlo pops up with the very first look at the flick's bizarre new one-sheet.
Have a look at the poster right here.
The IMDb plot synopsis goes like this: "Spanning over one thousand years, and three parallel stories, The Fountain is a story of love, death, spirituality, and the fragility of our existence in this world."
Neat.

Co-starring Ellen Burstyn, Cliff Curtis, and Sean Patrick Thomas, "The Fountain" hits theaters on October 13th.

on Jul 20 2006 03:05 PM As a big fan of Aronofsky's first two films, I've been looking forward to this one for a while now. I hope it's worth the wait. I am pleased to see Hugh Jackman finding some good material to sink his teeth in. He's too talented to be typecast for the rest of his career. (Reply to this) |
