insanemansam5 writes: on Jul 31 2006 07:57 AM I know people are dogging on this trailer but to me it's like this the purpose of a trailer is to sell tickets. There's no way in my mind that if you care about cinema in general and gangster films in particular this trailer wouldn't have sold you a ticket. The dissapointment comes from people who had already decided months in advance that they were looking forward to The Departed and weren't thoroughly entertained by the trailer. If you knew nothing about this film before you saw the trailer I don't see how it couldn't have made you intrested given the people involved and the plot premise. (Reply to this) |

The Senhman writes: on Jul 31 2006 11:40 AM WTH This DVD cover for Infernal Affairs is lame and disrespectful. The girl on the cover has nothing to do with the movie. Way to show your respect for another country's classic, Miramax. Genius work, marketing guys. (Reply to this) |

renodc writes: on Aug 02 2006 11:26 AM Bad Track Choice The movie looks good, but I'm sorry that trailer was killed by the overlaying of "Comfortably Numb". The pace of the song in relation to the pace of the trailer was just way off. (Reply to this) |
