The Rock Delivers a "Spy Hunter" Update -- Kinda

Seems like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has been planning to do a "Spy Hunter" movie for quite some time now, but since director John Woo left the project, the thing's kind of been moving in circles. ComingSoon.net had a chat with Rock-man, and here's what he had to say about the delays...

From CS.net: "It's the ongoing saga of 'Spy-Hunter,'" The Rock said with a smile after being asked "that question" again. "[They're] continuing to write the script. Then we had the new Bond and 'Mission: Impossible' come out. It's just one of those scripts that you can't screw up, because the elements are so good. Loved Collateral, but I thought Derailed had a weak little "twist" that I saw coming from a mile away, so I'm eager to see another Stuart Beattie screenplay, but....not on SpyHunter.
