Slick New "Eragon" Trailer, Now in Glorious HD!
I know some people out there simply can't WAIT to see the movie version of "Eragon," while others are pretty much sick of the whole "action/dragon/fantasy" sub-genre. Me, I'm right in the middle: Even when these movies stink, they're still kinda fun.
Check out the trailer right here.

TheMaster847 writes: on Oct 25 2006 12:11 PM Well, it's certain that the movie will look amazing. The effects, the scenery all of it looks really awesome. The writing better be better than it was in the book, though, or it might be painful to watch. Anway, I'm hopeful. I'll see it for the visuals. (Reply to this) |

fizzypulp writes: on Oct 26 2006 09:24 AM This movie is going to be fab - i think the books are great (the writing was not bad at all in them!) and the characters are fab. I met the cast in London at the beginning of the year and they are passionate about this film which means great performances! I know we have had a lot of fantasy films lately but as long as they are good does it matter! we want to see good enjoyable cinema so who cares its one genre ruling at the moment! (Reply to this) |

statman1982 writes: on Oct 26 2006 10:11 AM The best thing about this trailer is that there is no dialogue in it. The previous trailer that showed several bits of dialogue didn't help the movie much IMO. It made it look like one of those campy, unintentionally funny type fantasy movies, which it may be but this trailer shows more of what will actually draw people into the theater: lotsa action and lot of good-looking shots of that dragon flying everywhere. Super Simba writes: on Dec 07 2006 01:37 PM Worst. Trailer. Music. EVER. Seriously, it sounds like they used a keyboard for it (which they probably did.) The fact that there is no dialogue bothers me, for some reason...Is it because the script is horrible, but they didn't want audiences to know that? I got a cheesy vibe from the lines in the teaser, so maybe I'm right... (Reply to this) |
