RT-UK Exclusive: Win Tickets to the BAFTAs!

The hottest event in the British film calendar, the Orange British Academy Film Awards, takes place in London on Sunday 11th February. With more stars than the night sky dressed up to the nines looking to collect those coveted gold masks - this week's RT-UK theme is "cliché" in case you'd be wondering - it's the best party in London and Rotten Tomatoes UK have teamed up with those movie-loving folks at Orange to give one of our wonderful readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to the glam event!

The prize package is open to entrants from all corners of Great Britain (apologies to our international brethren) and includes travel to and from London, luxury accommodation in a four-star London hotel, dinner at Christopher's in Covent Garden and seats for the grandstand on the red carpet so you can watch the stars arrive before heading in to see the ceremony itself.

So what do you need to do to be in with a chance of winning? Simply head over to our exclusive competition page on the Orange site by clicking here and join in the voting for the only viewer-chosen award in the ceremony, the Orange Rising Star Award.

This year's nominees represent the freshest of British, Irish and French acting talent in the form of Ben Wishaw, Eva Green, Emily Blunt, Cillian Murphy and Naomie Harris.

Wishaw is being recognised for his most recent role in Perfume, Green for taking on James Bond in Casino Royale, Blunt for her hysterical performance in The Devil Wears Prada, Murphy for Ken Loach's stirring The Wind that Shakes the Barley and Harris for her busy year in Miami Vice, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and A Cock and Bull Story.

The winner will, of course, be announced at the ceremony on 11th February, so get your entry in and you could be seeing that announcement live and as it happens! We're incredibly jealous...

BAFTA and Golden Globes Parties
Hi all.
As international RT reader, I'd like the RT staff to consider us when having contests, sweepstakes or any kind of competition. I know, I know that it may become very complex, not to say the internation flight tickets involved. But there are a few of us that would be willing to pay our own airplane ticket to the country in question.

It's easier to fly to LA or to London, than to get a pass to an award ceremony... and its parties. :D

Hope you'll consider it.
Cheers
