In this week's Ketchup, viewers will get a sneak peek at The Dark Knight, if they go a bit out of their way, Wolverine won't just be called Wolverine, and the new Star Trek gets a new Kirk and a new Bones. Also, Tim Roth promises a fun Incredible Hulk and Sam Raimi backs Peter Jackson for The Hobbit.

Tim Roth Promises Fun Incredible Hulk
Marvel Studios has promised The Incredible Hulk will restart the Hulk movie franchise with a more fun take on the material. Costar Tim Roth, who plays Abomination in the film, confirmed the fun.

Sam Raimi Wants Peter Jackson to Direct Hobbit When the falling out between Peter Jackson and New Line Cinema led to speculation of a new director for The Hobbit, the only satisfying rumor was Sam Raimi. Now that New Line is trying to reconcile with Jackson, even Raimi is hoping for Jackson to complete the quadrilogy.


You must see his movie to see six minutes of the other one.

  • Sarah Roemer and Elisabeth Shue have signed on to star in the indie thriller Waking Madison, with Katherine Brooks directing.

  • Gary Fleder will direct and produce the thriller Darkling Cove for 20th Century Fox and producer John Davis.

  • Steve Pink will write a draft of the Kevin James comedy Mall Cop for Columbia Pictures and Happy Madison Productions.

  • Composer Ramin Djawadi, will provide the score for Jon Favreau's Iron Man.

  • Corbin Bleu of High School Musical will star in the motocross action film Metal Birding for Rigel Entertainment.

  • Kim Basinger will star with Charlize Theron in The Burning Plain, which will mark the directorial debut of Guillermo Arriaga.

  • Jay Roach has optioned Off Strategy, a Madison Avenue-set romantic-comedy manuscript from Rob Vlock. Jon Poll is set to direct with Roach producing for Sony.

  • Leslie Bibb, Adam Goldberg, Kathy Baker and Missy Pyle will star in Miss Nobody, an indie comedy with Bibb co-producing and Tim Cox directing.

  • Intrepid Pictures has acquired rights to the upcoming horror-thriller comic book The Bond of Saint Marcel by Jennifer Quintenz, who has also adapted a screenplay.

  • Kyra Sedgwick and Michael C. Hall have joined Gerard Butler in the thriller Game, written and to be directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor for Lakeshore Entertainment.

  • Anthony Hopkins will star as the father of Benicio Del Toro's character in Universal's The Wolfman, with Mark Romanek directing.

This time playing the father of a monster.
