Tony Takitani (2005)

Posted on 7/30/08 at 6:14 PM I was pleasantly surprised by both of these films. First off, Tony Takitani was a touching drama, filled with sadness and isolation. You really do feel for Tony, but I don't like how the characters sometimes finished off what the narrator was saying. On the other hand, I enjoyed the minimalism and and the short run time (75 mins.). Minimalist films that are long tend not to bode to well for me.

It was very entertaining. I think you would enjoy it if you like stuff like that.
